More Than Just A Simple Ornament
The news reporters were the first to show up at Priscilla’s house, and she told them all that she knew about the ornament. The reporters sat around her kitchen table and Priscilla told them, “Right now, it’s hanging up there when I do my dishes. I sometimes stare at it.” Without any idea what to expect, the reporters felt quite intrigued as Priscilla handed them the ornament so that they could inspect it themselves. It became immediately clear that it held much more meaning and was not just a simple Christmas tree ornament.

Priscilla and Kat then showed the reporters how the pair noticed there were two compartments hidden inside the glass ornament. Like what they had done before, Priscilla held the ornament up while Kat shined the flashlight on it, which revealed the contents inside. Kat told the reporters what her theory was. “I said to her, ‘it looks like it’s ashes, Mom.'” However, even if they were ashes, it was still a mystery whose remains they were, and how the ornament ended up being sold at a thrift store.
