A mother’s hunch led to this incredible discovery – had Kay not been very persistent in discovering what was bothering her, Heidi and Ed would have never found out about their extraordinary connection. The two are not just an ordinary married couple and deserved to know this. In fact, the photos that Kay found in her storage room brought the couple closer! “It was not just Heidi and Ed who met on that holiday but all of us as well,” Kay commented. “It is just such a lovely, incredible story.” The old, dusty pictures brought the two families together and are proof that the extraordinary stories we see in films can happen in real life as well.

It’s not only Heidi and Ed who found each other – their parents were reunited with old friends as well! Both families were very happy about this development, and Kay and husband Keith are now best friends with Fiona and her husband Jonathan Savitt, enjoying spending time together. The families share their passion for travel and they go on vacations together regularly! Things worked out great for Heidi and Ed, who are happier than what they had imagined. It’s definitely good to be reminded that things like this do happen in real life, especially since Heidi and Ed weren’t the only ones who were brought together by fate.
