“This is the police,” yelled a Connecticut Police Department member as they stormed into the KFC location. They scanned for an older man in the room. The staff were all confused and startled by what was happening. Their eyes finally landed on somebody in the corner of the room. He’d got his hands up. The man confirmed that he was indeed the person they were looking for. Eventually, they found Allan.

Their theory was that Allan fled Canada in 1986 with his son in tow. They must have crossed the border into the U.S. Since 2004; the two have reportedly been sharing a Connecticut apartment. They put Allan in handcuffs and led him outside. All of a sudden, a voice was heard saying, “Dad? ” Behind them, they found a man. Like Jermaine, he had big brown eyes. Could this be him?
