Sylvester Stallone – Bullmastiff
We’re not sure if dogs resemble their masters, but we do know that some owners choose dogs according to their nature. Sylvester Stallone decided to get a Bullmastiff and considered Butkus, his best friend. The pair both embody startling physical strength. Though not as large as the Mastiff, Bullmastiff dogs can stand up to 27 inches at the shoulder and weigh from 100 to 130 pounds. Aside from its size, the Bullmastiff has other distinctive features that convey confidence, alertness, and intelligence, making it an excellent protector and family companion. Sylvester had Brutus before his big break in the film Rocky.

Brigitte Bardot – Cocker Spaniel
An ardent animal lover, Brigitte Bardot fought for animal rights. Most of her pictures from the ‘50s and ‘60s show the beautiful actress cuddling her pets. She had a Cocker Spaniel whom she called Clown. A bird dog at heart, the Cocker Spaniel, is a beloved companion for many people. The dogs have a gorgeous golden mane look and an amenable, cheerful disposition which makes them perfect for most families. The clown always kept Bardot company in her many journeys. Clown probably loved to snuggle up as Cockers Spaniels are incredibly people-friendly and great snugglers.
