She was ashamed to return home and live with her parents. She was 32 years old at the time, so moving into her childhood bedroom with a toddler in tow felt wrong. “How could this situation get ANY worse?!” she reasoned to herself. Despite this, she had a glint of hope in her eyes. Her child was relieved to be in a new environment. It was still snowing at the time, so the child went sledding with her grandparents and made snow angels.

Even though she had reservations about returning home, she had a good time in Tennessee. Her parents were overjoyed to see them. Instead, she decided to look for a travel nurse job, save some money, and pay off the debts that her husband had accumulated in her name. She would spend her free time playing with her child, going to the park, and making the most of what they had. She was also not alone over there. In fact, she soon found herself reuniting with an old friend. For her, things were beginning to look up.
