Slumdog Millionaire
Slumdog Millionaire was the type of film Americans didn’t understand they needed in their lives to enrich their education and their consciousness regarding cultural and foreign problems. The film deals with the life of a series of brothers in the slums of Mumbai, India. Simon Beaufoy, the film’s screenwriter, attempted to dig deep into society to ensure precision in what he presented on the script. The film earned a Best Picture Academy Award, among others and made $377 million!

Schindler’s List
Schindler’s List is one of the novel-based movies from which several fantastic movies come, and it already has an excellent script to carry out. The directorial abilities of Steven Spielberg, coupled with the writing skills of Steven Zaillian, made this film memorable in any way. The film deals with Oskar Schindler and his worldwide reform quest to rescue thousands of Polish-Jewish survivors from their fate by recruiting them to be taken in his factory after the Holocaust. Itzhak Perlman’s camera work and music make this film almost flawless and certainly unbeatable.
