“I believe you may be in the wrong place,” the woman said. However, she told him to get out of the line before Emmit could correct her and say he was flying first-class. Staying Calm
Emmit looked at this woman, feeling puzzled. He explained calmly that he was meant to be in this line. However, she insisted, saying, “I believe you may be in the wrong place; you need to let us through. This line is for priority booking.” She had a condescending tone in her voice that she did not even try to hide. With her, Emmit tried reasoning. “Priority meaning first-class, correct?” Even so, the woman refused to let go of it. Emmit would understand what she was implying soon enough.
