Keely was right all along- she definitely wasn’t pregnant. So what was the giant belly from? Well, it was a result of a huge ovarian mass growing inside of her for the past two years. When the doctors could not definitively confirm what was going on and what sort of issue they were exactly dealing with, Keely just grew more and more nervous about what could possibly be going on with her.
