In the first place, what caught his attention?

Miller was concerned about Crosby, like any other good pet owner. He stroked the dog in desperation, which was Crosby’s only time out of a trance-like state. Boy, what is it? What is it? He asked the dog when he looked at these huge eyes. Miller was relieved to see that Crosby was okay. Perhaps he was staring at a bug. However, it turned out to be even bigger than that in the end!

For the rest of the night after that moment, Crosby acted like his normal self. Miller woke up at midnight and went to the kitchen for a glass of water. He noticed that the dog was there again when he walked past the living room! However, he could also say that this time there was something distinct. Miller was worried. He needed to find out what his dog was doing wrong. Early in the morning, he got up and went to the nearest shop. His goal was to bring home a camera-equipped for night vision! He just wanted to know what happened to his pet!

He saw that at a certain point near the floor, the wooden paneling had gotten loose, so he broke it. The drywall, to his surprise, had a hole in it. Miller squeezed his hand into it after taking a deep breath until his elbow was totally inside the wall. While feeling around in disbelief, his eyes grew wide.

Drywall pieces spilled onto the floor, but he could feel something else. Before pulling it out, he took hold of whatever it was with as much care as he could. It was nothing more than just a handful of drywall, dirt, and insulation, to his dismay. But once the cries became more urgent, he knew he was getting warmer. Miller cleared the dirt so that he could shove his arm down the hole even deeper.

He used his hand to feel around the place with great caution. His fingers finally came into contact with a small and soft object. Miller assumed it was just wall insulation again. But as soon as he heard a high pitch whine coming from it, he changed his mind! He took this as a sign not to give it to him. He tried to pull it out with his hand around the small creature.

This was how Miller discovered that there was a kitten in the wall between the washroom and the living room. The situation was bizarre enough for himself, but he was shocked to see the baby look like Crosby’s late feline friend. Miller had no clue as well as how the kitten landed there. He couldn’t help but wonder whether Crosby had anything to do with it!

After the kitten was pulled out, Miller saw how dusty she was. He was confused as to how she got there at all. Can a mother be close by? If so, maybe she was looking for this little one. The best course of action had to be designated by Miller. What he knew was that on his own the kitten could not go into the house. He thought she was snuck in by Crosby because the dog was feeling lonely.

Miller took the time to clean the kitten. He wiped all the dust with a damp cloth from its fur. When he looked at Crosby, he found that the dog looked happy and started waving his tail vigorously. The kitten must have been from the look of things, eight weeks old at most. The reality was that Miller didn’t know how to look after her. He hoped the real owners were searching for this kitten.

He began to look for the owners of the kittens afterward. Sadly, his efforts didn’t bear fruit. He and his neighbors spoke and hung posters. The kitten was claimed by nobody, though. The kitten was inspected by the vet, but it seemed like she was in perfect health! The only problem was that she was filthy and ravenous, which could be fixed easily. The vet told Miller after scanning the back of her neck that she did not have a chip either. Nobody reached out to claim her after posting her photo on the neighborhood’s Facebook group. Soon enough a difficult decision would have to be made by Miller.

Crosby enjoyed the company of his feline friend clearly. The dog had started to return to his old, happy self! It was nice to see it but Miller wasn’t going to want a cat. He talked to the vet about sheltering her. It crushed him, but it was right, he knew. But something made him change his mind!

He stated, “The vet basically told me that if I took her to the shelter she’d be put down because there are already over 300 kittens at the county shelter alone that need homes.” And no one would be happy to hear such a thing. “He said I could try putting her outside and hope she goes home, or I could keep her.”

Upon hearing this, he thought he was going to keep the kitten. Crosby was thrilled to see what happened when he and the newest family member came home. Finally, he was going to finally have an animal companion at home. The kitten has a loving home, on the other hand. Miller chose to call her Lil Ray-Ray. In the future, he will probably pay more attention to Crosby!

The stray dog must have assumed that where she was, she was safe. The German Shepherd Mix hid under the parked car when they found it. It was between two structures. Eldad secured the area with a net to prevent the dog from leaving. It was a good thing.

The dog had left the place after a while. Once that happened, Loreta and Eldad would be able to bring her to safety. But how long did it take for it to happen? They’d play the waiting game so that their schedule would be empty. The only thing I had to do now was to wait.

One of the exits was guarded by Eldad. Loreta, on the other hand, secured the other. It was good that he documented the assignment by using his phone. The video showed them trying to talk to the dog about leaving. They were determined to make the mission a success.

The dog whined for a while. Fortunately, after a little while, it finally began to listen to them. Loreta tried to coax it into the open space and out of hiding. It broke their hearts when they heard the dog cry, but soon enough things began to look at them.
