We can tell from the neatness of the words, “Hammer Time.” That aside, the piece of paper looks like it was laminated as well. At any rate, we adore the reference to the hit song “U Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer. We are sure that a lot of people have smiled when they walked past this silly little sign. Maybe they even danced along to the tune in their heads!

First of all, we have to say that this is quite a strange billboard. They were trying to get men to take medical tests, but we are not sure how effective their approach is. A funny passerby thought that it would be funny to drive the point home with an act of vandalism. This person pulled over and decided to show how stubborn men can really be. It is the gospel truth. No doubt, a lot of people chuckled to themselves when they saw this sign during their daily commute!
