Mama Bear On The Way
It might be possible that the family tried to pull their car on the side to interact with the bear. There might also have been a chance that the bear was trying to attack the vehicle. We only hoped that the family would leave the place before it gets dangerous. However, the mama bear only wanted to ask for directions from a stranger since they were lost. We hoped that no one was harmed during the encounter.

Why?
We knew that there was something wrong with the image. The people were smiling even when a person was to be carried into an ambulance. It might be possible that they wanted a remembrance. They might also think that “Hey, this is a good opportunity for a family photo, let’s just ask one of the free paramedics,” since they knew that patient was okay.
