The Ornament
Priscilla found the ornament sitting on a shelf together with other blown glass items at the thrift store. Aside from having a thing for glass ornaments, she was also attracted to this particular ornament because it was blue – her favorite color. She picked it up and checked its price tag stuck. She found out the ornament would just cost her $2, so she grabbed the chance to own this gorgeous ornament for a really low price.

Too Cheap
Although it is known that thrift stores have very good prices, a $2 blown glass ornament seems to be really cheap even if it is sold at a thrift store, so what is the catch? After inspecting it, Priscilla saw nothing wrong with the ornament and it seemed perfectly fine. In addition, it also had some weight to it and was made with care and a lot of glass, so the ornament wasn’t extremely fragile or brittle.
