Mikey was incredibly lucky to have been able to post the SOS on Facebook and talk to Aimee. Communicating with the rest of the world was in fact a struggle due to the situation that he was in. His left wrist was injured and he couldn’t move it, so he had to type on his phone with just his right hand. What’s worse, international roaming was draining the battery on his cellphone, which was alerting him the battery would soon die.
