Kristopher was surprised when he saw two quotes coming from his neighbor Patricia. He had to pay $4,000 for the new fence and $6,000 for the lawn. The man knew that he did not have enough money. He used up all his savings to buy a firework with his friend. Kristopher showed the quote to his dad, and his father realized that it had no company name and was created by using Microsoft Word. His father said to him, “Son, don’t you give that con artist a single dime.”

On the bottom of the quote, “I will also be having you pay my water bill for three months because the new yard will need lots of water.” Kristopher was shaken. He posted on Reddit, “Now the fence this woman had before was raggedy and falling apart. Her Yard? Dead grass, weeds everywhere, never mowed it. Now Looking at his paper, she wants a mahogany fence, and a brand new back yard with flowers and trimmed hedges? I said ‘I need to get an estimate myself, this doesn’t feel right…”
