Queen Elizabeth – $550 million
During her 60 years as monarch, Queen Elizabeth accumulated a fairly large fortune. There were several reasons for this, not the least of which was that her salary was subsidized by British taxpayers. Charles, Prince of Wales – $100 million
Charles, Prince of Wales, the rightful heir to the British throne, was well-off, with an estimated fortune of $100 million. As soon as he ascended to the throne, his wealth would soar. It was due to the fact that he would be the sole heir apparent to the asset of the queen. He, on the other hand, wasn’t relying on the queen’s resources to get by financially. He was a self-made man with his own businesses, investments, and real estate holdings. It wouldn’t be an issue if he and his pals got together because of his businesses.
