Their seasons are the other way round, so she was able to get away from Britain’s freezing winter and head out under the hot sun. Alternatively, she could enjoy the blue skies of the gray skies of the UK, but she might also want to lay out the sand quickly for a couple of hours, which she couldn’t do anymore in the UK.
