BERN NADETTE STANIS (THELMA), 64 YEARS OLD
In the 1970s, Bern Nadette Stanis exploded into stardom after playing Thelma Ann Evans on the CBS sitcom Happy Times. The show’s African-American audiences aspired back in their footsteps! Stanis will only appear in TV shows including The Cosby Show, The Love Train, and The Parent Hood after the show finished. While she sometimes makes cameo appearances in numerous films, she mostly withdrew from acting as she decided to concentrate on her daughter. She’s also a brilliant journalist, and she wrote a 2006 non-fiction novel, Circumstances 101: Bern Nadette Stanis.

We’re sure you recall Tippi Hedren’s stellar success in The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock. Besides her personal acting chops, you may remember her for creating some wonderful progenies. Her daughter is Melanie Griffith, and her grandchildren are Stella Banderas and Dakota Johnson! It’s incredible genes, we would claim. Hedren may have withdrawn from acting some time ago, but she made small appearances. Nowadays, she pays more attention to initiating charitable initiatives for numerous organizations, and her specialty is wildlife protection.
