The actress is well known for acting in Hollywood icons, but she is potentially best known for playing Melanie in Gone with the Wind’s film adaptation. She was also popular with Errol Flynn to create a hugely popular love squad. The pair featured in several famous movies including Dodge City, Robin Hood’s Adventures, and Captain Blood. We thought about Julie Andrews, but how do we forget her co-star The Sound of Music? In the series, Actor Christopher Plummer played Captain Von Trapp, and continues to act. Don’t make the error of assuming he’s a poor, frail guy only because he’s 88! It seems he’s not banking on retirement anytime. Indeed, for his role on the 2017 mystery film All the Money in the World, he was only nominated for an Academy Award.
