The amazing house with stunning interiors soon became viral and even got featured on the news! Needless to say, as the popularity of the house grew, so did the price skyrocket. For those who were following the story, the house must have been more like a museum. Stepping inside the house is like going back to the ‘40s. Joyce chose not to change anything that she could afford to keep intact – which is basically everything!

The place remained mostly the same, but Joyce confessed that one part of her home underwent renovation. In the ‘60s, she had modern conveniences added to her kitchen since she wanted to be able to cook more efficiently. Even though the update happened in the ‘60s, the appliances inside her home were in good working order. This should not come as a surprise considering how much care has gone into her home. It was truly a perfect example of a time capsule home.
