He was able to locate the switch despite the dark. He tried flipping it on and off, but that did not stop what was going on. Christopher also began to feel a breeze inside the room that he was sure was not there a moment ago. After everything that he went through, he knew that it was not a good idea to remain in the dark. This was why he grabbed the flashlight and used it to shine a light on the thermostat.
