The rescuers started to work at seven o’clock in the morning. With the enormous excavator and all the heavy equipment that the team used, it attracted a lot of attention in the place – leading a lot of people to watch what was happening. Even though they badly wanted to know what was happening with the elephant, the people were asked not to be too close to the scene because it may be dangerous for anyone. They had no choice but to follow – for the sake of the baby animal.

Resorting To Plan B
The team of rescuers already had a plan in mind – get the baby elephant out of the mud hole by using the excavator they have brought. However, they did not expect the hole to be that cramped; the authorities had a hard time getting the baby animal – it could have been hurt if they pushed through with that plan, so they resorted to another plan. Their plan B was to make a pathway that would lead to the baby elephant. That was the safest way possible to save the animal.
