They received a call notice about a stray dog hiding under an abandoned van. It seems to be hiding away from humans. The dog was evidently scared and terrified to come out of there. Loreta attempted to cautiously walk closer so that the dog can see the food she brought.

Loreta slowly walked towards the dog because the last thing she wanted to do is to frighten it. She was just making sure that the dog will not run away from them. They were committed to helping this dog while remaining unoffensive so the dog will not feel threatened.
