According to royal accounts, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly spent $3 million on Frogmore Cottage renovations. When they moved out of Kensington Palace, this was where they lived. Hearing such a thing outraged many members of the public. This is reasonable, given that they essentially paid for the lavish renovations with taxpayer funds.
