A Colorful Sweet Surprise?
It may not be so colorful, but it’s most likely sweet and probably came as a surprise to whoever ordered this cake. Even though the directions were pretty clear, the cake decorator apparently took things a bit too literally again and wrote the complete instructions on the cake! If you haven’t figured it out, the customer actually requested to have the message, “Thanks For A Great Year,” in purple icing, and funny enough, the decorator decided to make the word “Purple” the biggest on the cake! Well, the purple sprinkles do give the cake some pizzaz at least.

This is a cake that is almost perfect – emphasis on almost – because whoever is responsible for putting this message on the cake got things absolutely wrong. Whether or not the cake decorator misheard the customer during their conversation about what to write on the cake, we are quite sure this was originally intended to be someone’s birthday cake. “Happy Bathday” practically implies that whomever this cake was for needs a bath, and that is definitely an insult. On the other hand, we’re pretty sure that upon seeing this cake, the recipient just found it amusing and we hope he or she is good humored and knows not to take stuff too seriously.
