It is normal that after being on an accident one doesn’t recall exactly what happened or how he/she ended up in the hospital. But after having a near-death experience, one can become very easily overwhelmed, stress, and panic. None of these factors/emotions are optimal when one has just been in an accident. The most important thing is to not pressure or stress the patient and just let them recover fully without any worries in their minds.

As the greatest father that Tony proved to be and the good care that the doctors took of Sam, they all denied him access to his phone or any other device with access to the internet so that would not see the news, reports, and what was being said about the accident. The last thing that Sam needed after his close encounter with death, was to feel overwhelmed or suffocated.
